Campers and Parents,
Thank you very much for a wonderful week everyone! The pizza party was a big hit today, along with many other snacks and treats brought in by several of the campers.
Please enjoy scrolling through over 200 pics from today's activities. We stuffed as much as we could in, and even had to skip our morning snack (sorry) so that we had time to complete our paddle boat designs and races.
A big giant thank you to Sky, Jacob and Mo for being such fantastic counselors all week! You three were amazing!
Enjoy the rest of the summer! Hope to see you back again next year. Because you attended this year you will get an advanced email on the weeks for next summer in early March so that you can get first crack on which week you want.
Six more weeks 'till school starts! Have fun.

A spectacular day today campers and parents!
Over 230 pics to see with all sorts of action and adventure happening. Everyone is really focused, working hard and having fun. Sky, Mo, Jake, and I are all very lucky to have such a wonderful group this week. Tie dyes are sitting out overnight to set color, catapult launchers went off great, solar wind bags were a hit, tree age biology experiment was completed and much more. Enjoy the pics and see for yourself.
Last day tomorrow…and remember pizza party for lunch and also another special treat during lunch as well.
Again, get a good sleep….we have sooooooooo much to try and get through tomorrow.

Campers and Parents,
Day two was about as active a day as we have ever had here at camp. We finished up the roller coasters first thing in the morning and had a guest appearance by department head Mark Stephansky, who took pictures of the event for our school district-wide website.
Once we cleaned up we moved on to our ever popular bed of nails lecture and demonstration, presented by physics guru Dan Moriarty. Everyone loved it and many of the campers were even allowed to lie on one of three beds of nails if they wanted to. You may even see a picture of counselor Jacob Hill walking over Mr. Mo as he rested comfortably on the bed of nails.
The race car design and construction project ensued from there. Although the construction, testing and adaptations took more time than we expected the end results were spectacular. Races took place out front down the hill by the ticket booth to the athletic fields. Winners from each team advanced to the final rounds and the top three teams were awarded prizes.
We were also able to blow of our rockets from the baseball center field area before we headed up for trivia to end the day.
Enjoy closed to two hundred pictures from the day. We had to skip tie-dye shirts today because of time constraints but we will jump right on them first thing Wednesday.
Get a good night sleep again and come fresh and ready to work and play and have fun tomorrow.

Campers and Parents,
Great first day…nice to see everyone living by the Golden Rule that we talked about at the onset. Other than a couple of glue gun mishaps (the glue can get somewhat hot), it was a wonderful day.
We were able to tackle pretty much everything we set out to do on the agenda. We even had time to jump ahead and throw in the mentos/ diet coke demo at the end of the day.
We will start fresh tomorrow by finishing up our roller coasters and then racing them by team.
Please view all the pictures from today (about 190 of them) and take a look at all the action and fantastic teamwork. You can find them here on our camp website.
Enjoy….stay cool…get a good sleep tonight and we will see you tomorrow morning. Highlights tomorrow include designing our own race cars, tie dye shirts (phases 1-3), penny catapult launch building, and rocket launching.
Big thank you to Mr. Mo, sky and Jacob for doing a great job as camp counselors.
